Cannt access WHM and above error in cpanel error logs

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Solution :
Check /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny

vi /etc/hosts.allow

Add the below lines

cpaneld: ALL
whostmgrd: ALL
webmaild: ALL
